The total cheese experience
Fromaggio is about a total experience. It’s all about cheese and the amazing adventures you can create with cheese, wine, and foods. It’s about education and fun. It’s impossible not to be seduced by the array of cheeses found at Fromaggio from local and global artisans. Timi Starkweather, the creator of Fromaggio, lives in Manson with her husband. She moved here from Redmond, Washington in 2004 and immediately became involved in the community. She has 5 grown children and 9 grandchildren. Timi has a passion for educating and has been involved in culinary activities all her life. She still enjoys making believers of the non-culinary arena. She has worked in recipe product and recipe development for the American Heart Association and American Cancer Associations.

Let’s talk about Tuxedos
Company 107 has been providing Tuxedos in the Chelan Valley since 1979. We use Jim’s Formal Wear as our provider and appreciate their quality and customer service. The most important things to have when you are running a retail business in a small town.
My daughter in law Mandy and I (Gwen) love to go through the tuxedos and colors with our grooms and brides. We make it very easy for any size of wedding you may have. The funnest wedding we did was a group of gentlemen from Philadelphia. We communicate a lot by email and it seems to work well for the groom and the grooms man.
